Pageload is a copy utility to load the web page
you see in your browser to your PC with one click only.
Local web pages have some advantages
- Off-line reading saves your money
- The page on the web may change or disappear
completely
- You have time limited access to a web page
only (for pay sites)
- The page is loaded from your PC much faster
than from the web
All images are loaded to your PC as well. All hyperlinks to other web
pages work from your local web page.
If your browser is running (Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator) Pageload grabs the web address from the web page
currently shown. The page can be loaded to your PC.
Alternatively you can drag & drop or copy & paste or
type in a web address.
Click on the Pageload button to copy a web page.
All files you have copied are shown in the
Pageload copy list.
The most important features are
- New for version 2.0:
- Checks properties of web pages and warns
if web pages are potentially harmful.
- The following properties of web pages are
identified: Java Script, VB Script, J Script, encoded Script, Windows
Scripting Host, dynamic HTML, browser specific HTML Code, Pop Up
Window, Frames, CSS, Java, Flash, ActiveX, Cookies, invalid file format
and IFRAME.
- Information, Warning or Alert for each
property
- Checks current web page or files in copy
list or Internet Explorer Cache.
- Copy web page to PC including all images - one
click only
- All hyperlinks work from local web pages
- Pageload is NOT required to view the local web
pages
- List of all copied files - in different lists
- Start browser (main browser or second browser)
